1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Excludes perishables (e.g., emergency food).

2. Refund Process

  2. Ship Back: We’ll provide a prepaid label (US) or instructions (international).
  3. Inspection: Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.

3. Exceptions

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: Free replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products (e-books, guides).
  • Custom/hygiene items (e.g., first aid kits if opened).

5. Chargebacks
