1. Returns & Exchanges

- Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Excludes perishables (e.g., emergency food).
2. Refund Process

- Ship Back: We’ll provide a prepaid label (US) or instructions (international).
- Inspection: Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt.
3. Exceptions
- Defective Items: We cover return shipping.
- Wrong Items Shipped: Free replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital products (e-books, guides).
- Custom/hygiene items (e.g., first aid kits if opened).
